Hi, I'm Murilo T. I spent 20 years in the software industry, supporting the marketing departments of other companies. Today I use everything I learned there to help local businesses become the name people find, trust and choose.

Twenty years under the hood
For 20 years, I worked in the software industry, supporting the marketing departments of other companies. I built the systems behind their campaigns and solved the kind of problems most people never see. It was good work, and I was good at it.
But the work that mattered most was always invisible. When a system runs well, nobody notices it. They only notice the result.

The moment everything changed
Then I found out I was going to be a father.
I remember the feeling more than the moment. Something shifted inside me. I started asking a question I had never really asked myself:
What am I building that will last?
Not just a paycheque. Something my family could be proud of. Something that would make a real difference in other people's lives. That question didn't go away. It became the reason for everything that came next.

What I kept seeing
Around the same time, I kept noticing the same thing. Great local business owners, people who were excellent at what they do, were depending on referrals and word of mouth. Some months were busy. Others were quiet. The market decided how much they grew, not them.
And when they tried marketing, they were usually sold the part you can see: nice videos, nice posts, nice ads. Almost nobody was looking at the part you can't see.
What makes us different
Marketing is an iceberg
Above the water is what everyone sees: the videos, the images, the ads. It matters, and we're very good at it.
Below the water is the bigger part: the tracking that tells Meta and Google who your best customers are, the systems that capture every inquiry, and the follow-up that turns interest into a booked job. It's mostly code, and most agencies never look at it.
That's where 20 years of software makes the difference. The part under the water is where we're strongest.

Why I started Rank My Business Today
So in 2024, I started Rank My Business Today. It began with two goals: to build a legacy for my family, and to help local business owners become visible online: on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, on Google, and now in AI search.

Since then, we've helped more than 15 local businesses turn social media and search into a steady source of new customers, so they're no longer waiting on referrals or the market to decide how much they grow.
