These terms apply to RMBT Claude Assistant (the “App”), provided by Rank My Business Today (“RMBT”, “we”).
1. Who can use the App
The App is an internal tool built for and used only by RMBT with RMBT’s own QuickBooks Online company. It isn’t offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.
2. What the App does
The App connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s official API to read accounting data, run reports, and create or update records such as customers, invoices, bills and expenses. Every change is approved by an RMBT owner before it’s made. The App can’t delete records.
3. Authorization and disconnecting
The App connects only after an authorized RMBT user signs in through Intuit and grants access. Access can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online (Apps > Manage integrations).
4. Accuracy and responsibility
The App helps with bookkeeping work. It doesn’t replace professional accounting or tax advice. RMBT stays responsible for reviewing and approving all entries, filings and reports.

6. Third-party services
The App relies on Intuit QuickBooks Online and Anthropic’s Claude AI service. Each has its own terms. RMBT isn’t responsible for outages or changes in those services.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, RMBT isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
